Durakit Workwear shows off its bright side
The new Durakit Hi-Vis range designed, developed and manufactured by RTG.
Following the success of Durakit workwear for B&Q, RTG have developed a brand new range of Hi Visworkwear that has a 'Want to Wear' rather than 'Have to Wear' appeal for the trade. The range of Hi Vis work wear feature strong technical elements combined with design appeal and are all EN471:2003 compliant.
Durakit, conceived by RTG in 2006, provides a design-led working wardrobe featuring durable, affordable and high performance clothing which workers 'want to wear' rather than 'have to wear'. Following the success of the brand in over 200 DIY outlets across the UK, RTG is now extending its original Durakit product range, making it available online and adding the Hi Vis range which will be available from the end of March.
The Original on-trend range of Durakit Workwear in Black or Navy incorporates trousers, shorts, jackets, bodywarmers, thermals, waterproofs, fleece and safety footwear with special features that include reinforced seams, water repellent and oil resistant fabrics. The Durakit Polo shirt also incorporates RTG's Skyns fabric technology, Coolskyn.
"Built on a revolutionary material, manufactured right down to the weave in our own factory and knitting facility, Coolskyn is the ultimate workhorse. Its stay dry technology devours sweat, controls body climate and provides 50+ sun protection factor," says Andy Drake, RTG International, about its innovative, high performance fabric.
The new Durakit Hi Vis range, all EN471: 2003 compliant, features 12 trend led products including trousers, fleeces, bodywarmers, shorts and a Brightskyn polo shirt which is lightweight, fully breathable, easycare and harnesses the performance characteristics of RTG's Coolskyn technology.
"As the Durakit range is entirely designed in-house by RTG and manufactured in our wholly owned factory in China we can keep costs low and quality high so that the customer gets great value for money," says Andy , "We're also offering a free Durakit T shirt with every first online order, to encourage traffic to our new online shop" he adds
